Has anyone ever smoked shark? Or how about a good marinade. If not exactly what do you think is the best way to cook shark?
I have never smoked shark (kinda hard to get where I live)...but when I lived in Florida...I used to do a citrus/garlic marinade, for maybe a half an hour, and throw them on the grill. (really hot grill) It's a hearty fish...nice...firm texture (I guess I could kinda say it's like swordfish...to me anyway)...
yea its hard for me to get it here as well but ive got a buddy that has some in his freezer that he said I could get my hands on. Ive grilled it before wrapped in foil along with butter. Did you put it directly on the gril or did you have it in/on something?
