Title: Web pages that define cuts of MEAT?
Post by: Andy on December 08, 2004, 04:18:49 PM
Does anyone know of a web page that defines the cuts of meat...shows a diagram where they came from...and tells you what they are best used for.

As a farm boy...I use to know this..but it seems like they change the names so fast no one really knows.

Thanks
