bill you could try hanging your bird from your hanging rack?
Thought of using the rack, but the little container would allow me to catch all the juice, and what the hell, the price was right. That is pretty cheap in my opinion.
I bought the rack to hang ham, turkey and and have since puchased some bacon hooks to use too..Would like to hang sausage too. Only so many hours to do this...one thing at a time! [:D] I know 2 chickens will fit, but curious if 3 will!
