Hi All ! I just got my new smoker and love it to death !! My husband really loves are new bradely (,had old brinkley big differnce with door and more racks) !
My hubby is into smoking cheese Mozz ,now I never used these mesh rack and I will try them ,but has anyone used the mesh for cheese? Scott has been using a bowl for a quick fix and its getting to be a pain to clean like another option so anyone with a tip that will be great. I love the forum great advice and recipe too . Thank so much for the help !!! Smokin it up in N.J. ;D

Ditto. If it goes in my smoker, it's on those hi-temp screens.
