I thought of you, Pens, when I saw this.  Then I thought, Pens would want to turn it up a notch with some habaneros.  Still, looks pretty easy to do.

habs are great in bbq sauces! One of my favorite ways to use them. This year I have smoked habs.  ::) ;D

Hi SD,
JFG here, noticed you are looking for a good BBQ sauce, try this one. They are awesome with the Blue Cheese Dip, Hope you enjoy.

Bufflo Chicken Wings with a Blue Cheese Dip:

Serves: 6

For the dip:
 
100g ( 31/2oz ) Danish Blue Cheese
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
5ml (3 tbsp ) mayonnaise
15ml ( 1 tbsp ) lemon juice
30ml ( 2 tbsp ) finely chopped onion
60ml (4 tbsp ) soured cream

Place all the ingredients into a food processor, and blend until smooth. Place into the fridge to chill
               
BBQ Sauce:

1 onion, finely chopped
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
40g ( 1,1/2oz )Butter
15ml (1tbsp ) light soft brown sugar
10ml ( 2tsp ) English mustard
10ml ( 2tsp ) chilli powder
250ml (9fl oz ) tomato ketchup
125ml ( 4fl oz ) red wine vinegar
15ml (1tbs ) worcestershire sauce
24 large chicken wings

Fry onion and Garlic in the butter for 5 mins. Add the other ingredients and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, put your cooked BBQ wings into the pot with the sauce, and serve with the Blue Cheese Dip
