Hi everyone,
I've just got my new Bradley Smoker, and have been very pleased so far.
I was wondereing if anyone out there has a recipe/maethod for hot smoked peppered Mackerel?

I don't have a recipe for that, I looked on our recipe site - http://www.susanminor.org/ and I didn't see one.
