Title: Hot Smoked Peppered Mackerel

Hi everyone, I'm a bit new to this forum lark, and think I've just posted my message in the wrong category?
Does anyone out there  have a reipe and method for producing Hot Smoked Peppered Mackerel please?

Any idea how long they'd keep in the freezer?

I vacuum seal mine and have kept them 2 or 3 months which is the time taken for us to eat them all!!  :) I am sure they would last quite a lot longer than that.

Buying a vacuum sealer to store fish was one of the best things I did, it lasts so much longer and keeps a lot better.
