Hi from Pensacola Florida.
Just got my Bradley smoker and ready to roll.
I'm new at this, so I will be asking questions.

If you haven't already been to the recipe site just click on the smoker in the bottom of my post. Lost of great stuff there from all the fine folks on the forum here.

Welcome Jim.  Just remember, as said before.  Only Dumb question is the one not asked.  We all asked them before and got what we need. 

Only thing I not got an answer before is why it took so dang long for the clean smoke concept to come to mass market.
