THE PROBLEM HERE IS TO KEEP IT AT 80
DOES THE ICE METHOD WORK ???????

I would think this would not be a problem.  Use ice on more than one shelf and swap for more ice as needed with just the smoke generator plugged in.  have fun.[:)]
