pics as promised.  first one is after 4 hours of smoke.  second one is ready to eat.  i didn't sauce the ribs in the oven.  I left it on the side.  I got two sauces after recommendations from the local butchershop.  Miller's Secret Sauce, which was more of a traditional bbq sauce.  I also got Fire Pit which had a more vinegar taste to it.  Both were great..couldn't pick a favorite.

Funny story...i asked my wife if she knew the difference between grilling and bbqing.  She blurted out, "LOW AND SLOW!"  Hahaha...i think she's been watching too much food network.

just got a pork butt..going to be smoking it tomorrow!
