Yes those are willow trees. The photo was taken at an arborteum in Ottawa.

Great pics Monty! CRG, we have willows here in WI and we get a lot of snow and cold weather. They seem to take it better than I do!  :D

Nice pics Monty and thanks for posting.  I was going to ask about the tree in the first pic too.  Kind of reminded me of a Cyprus but I don't think you have those up there.  ;)

Beautiful pics Monty!
the autumn colors are just amazing and the one with the willows reminds me of a Monet painting!

I'm on my way to my uncle's funeral in Louisiana. Before you say your condolences, he was 94 years old, no tragety, just old age. I'm bring my camera and will post a cpl pics of the Louisana senery. And I will eat some e'touffee (Crayfish) and crayfish bisque, probably some catfish gumbo, stop in Laccacine and have a fried porkchop sandwich, and try to bring home some gator meat to smoke.(taste like chicken, lol)

Sorry about the early snow 10.5 - but maybe you like it?

We get the occasional snow flurry around here too.
