Thanks for the Treet nepas.  But, I'm running into some trouble here.

Me:  You always told me to get a hobby honey.
Wife:  Sure, sure.  It always starts this way.  It's not addictive, right?.  Just a simple smoker.  Then it's the boxes of those bisquette things showing up at the back door.  The ABT racks.  The new freezer in the basement.  A second refrigerator.  The utility cabinet to hold the OBS.  Your cardboard cold smoker.  So, how much is this brisket costing us?
Me:  I can make it up in volume honey.
;D ;D

Where there's smoke, there's food.

I have been using the disposable cutting boards, they are awesome for prepping and slicing then into the trash!

Seems like they have lots of cool toys at Cabela's. I'm really going to have to make a trip down south to stop by ;D

The closest one in Canada is over 24 hours straight of driving in Winnipeg. Closest to me here in Ottawa would be across the border in CT, which is still over 8 hours away.  :-\

We have Le Baron here, but it's not quite the same...

Yea, they do have a lot of good toys. They are a good 6 hour drive each way for me, so I usually mail order, unless I really got to have it now.
