Just got home last night!!! Had about 45 min home before the family swooped me off again. Back home around midnight. But in that 45 minutes I packed that beautiful box to the back yard, unpacked, set it up, cleaned the racks etc... Here is a couple of pics from last night.

WOW, what a beautiful spot for the Bradley. I know it is smilin.

If that is gonna be the final home, put a mat in front of Bradley to keep drippings from staining your rock.

I think you said first smoke Cordon Bleu?

Will be lookin for pics.

LindaCC

I took lots of pretty pictures of nice shinny Bradley before starting.
Yes, I am prepping Cordon Blue as we speak...(type).

Thanks for the heads up CRG... so for 1st smoke, I just placed the cardboard it came in under it.
I will get a special mat for long term.
And yes it is out next to the "Big Boy" BBQ, looking out over the pool (did I say I am in palm tree land)??
I'll take a landscape photo. 92 here today, Bradley heated up pretty quick.

KyNola

HOLY CRAP!! That's your backyard?  I thought you had packed the Bradley to a resort or something ;)  Seriously, what a beautiful setting.  Glad your Bradley arrived safe and sound appears to be working properly.

Let's see the food!

Couple of other thoughts:

Spray your vent tray and the rack you will puttin the chicken on to help for clean up later with pam, etc.

On chicken make sure vent is full open.

If that is all you are doing the first time, put your chicken in middle to top half of Bradley.

OK, I will leave you alone and let you smoke.

LindaCC

CRG,
No...No...please tell me everything I need to know that is not obvious.

Yes I was wondering about placement of what I believe will likely be just one rack for my 1st smoke.

I am so glad you told me about the PAM. I had not come across that yet, but it makes perfect sense.

...But spray "Vent Tray"? I don't see an actual vent tray. Am I missing something? Sorry for being ignorant here.

Just waiting for hubby to come home with the provolone cheese and ham. So tell me more!!!!
Thanks

ArnieM

I think CRG meant the V tray, aka, the drip tray.

Thanks Arnie was checking my smoker.

Just don't spray it while it's in the Bradley and the Bradley is on.
