Had an idea for lunch the other day

Was warming up some smoked pulled chuck and was looking for some thing to go with it. Ah ha some cersonts (I have no idea how to spell this) so the old brain said put some beef in them these were jumbo cersonts and walla.

Lunch time.

They turned out great, moist and tender on the inside, fluffy and crisp on the out side. Will do again.

A WTS egg roll with bread !! Sure looks good wonder what a slice or two of smoked cheese in there would dofor it?

That brought back memories! My wife won't let me make it anymore, but I used to make a bread dough and roll it out flat, pile on some left over bbq meat, and then roll it up and bake it. Looks like a pinwheel when you cut it. I'll dig up the pictoral if you guys want to see it.
