Give the measurements to OU, bet he could make you a template

Oh, no doubt..

I think an off the shelf Braun range hood will do the trick. Run a vent out the side of the cabinet.

I just need to measure everything about 6 times before I cut into the plastic.

I measure and write it down, lose my measurement before I can find my saw, re-measure and write it on the back of my hand, wipe my hands before I cut and lose the measurement again. Then I take a break.

Way to go STC!  That's putting it through its paces.  Couldn't believe all of the ice forming in your building.

24 degrees here when I got up this morning but the sun is shining.

Sunny now and the wind is picking up again.  I just ran out and bungeed the doors together.

I'm glad my Ranco is underneath a shelf, as that ice is melting and dripping everywhere.   Yuk!

I don't think so - http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=33412

Honestly, we could use a break from the heat.

13 hour mark.

Butt is at 180*, chuck is 154*.   We'll see what is happening at 3PM.   I'll probably put the chuck in the crock pot on low, as we have to leave the house by 4.   The butt *might* be done by then, but I doubt it..

Heck, I might just jam them both in the crock pot and let them play together while we are gone!

Did your butt already past the stall point?
