Hey, How about them Country Style Pork Loin Ribs! ;D

_Bear_

YA.............um, they sucked. The rub i made for it was to overpowering, and the glaze I made was just bad. Good thing it was dead LOL. They are not on the top of my to do again list, the wife and I had some for supper and then I got to try out my new vacuum sealer, then directly into the freezer. At some point I will probably thaw them out, pull the meat and make a nice sauce for it and make some pulled pork on a bun. It looked good, but I was not that impressed. I should just follow recipies instead of trying my own variations LOL.

I heard an ole saying once .... and this is not directed toward you.

"Someday's you eat the Bear .... And someday's the Bear eats you!

I have had great chow on other ppls recipes with slight variations.

But you know what! "you didn't hurt it....it was already dead!"

Click them heels and get ready for tomorrow's smoke.
