Hey CRG you know what? I just received my pid today 3 days after they shipped it!  ;D I think i shipped it by jet!  :D even within my country it is not as fast as it's been for my pid never received any mail so fast.

Anyway, my question for you when you set step 1 for your onion to heat Gabi did you put the onion immediately in or did you wait Gabi to reach 250? If so, what have you done with the food probe while Gabi was heating? I'M not Sure what to do that's why I'm asking you.

With the second probe, can you set the second probe to monitor the internal temperature to shut down the heaters when the IT is reached?

I program step one to 250* for 1 hr. (pre-heat)

Step two was 220* until the food thermo reached 195*

Step 3 would reduce the Bradley to 150* for two hrs.

When I did the test run, after the 250 pre-heat, the Bradley would shut down cause the food probe had reached 195*.

So I started over and put the food probe in the onion so it could run thru all the cycles.
