Sounds good to me Cuz.  Just watching a show on TV where they made chicken fried bacon.

Ok, I just had 3 pounds of ground pork given to me yesterday, and turns out it was pork sausage..

I need to practice this weave.

Man I must live in the wrong state or somethin, the only thing that is givin
to me is s**t.  :D

Nice score squirt, bring on the fatties.

Remember to let the bacon warn up a little first, much easier to work with.

I"m going to make 3 different ones (hopefully the weave works) and bring into the office on my birthday.

What do you mean "hopefully the weave works" ?

You will have no problem, I'm sure.

When your rollin the bacon around the sausage tuck the edges in as you roll and put the seam on the bottom when you place your fattie on the rack.

I have trouble cutting straight edges, coloring within the lines, etc....     My school teacher wife says I have very poor "fine motor skills". :D

I'm sure they will be fine.   Thin or thick bacon?    The store down the street makes their own, and sells it as "hotel bacon".  It's pretty thick, but it looks d@mn good!

FLBentRider

I've done both thick and thin bacon.

The thick is easier to weave, but doesn't crisp up as well.

I use the thin most of the time.

10-4.    I might have to ask these guys to sign a waiver before eating...    Good thing we have a portable defibrillator in our health club right next door!

Bacon is health food.  ;D
