Gotta say hell ya to my first smoke. :o

Sorry to all you vet smokers who have been doing it for years this home boy just lost his smoking virginity and it tastes great.

I wish I was more technically inclined to provide pics but this knuckle dragging caveman is just happy to smoke baby.

Smoked some walleye and smelt together first, with a slow gradual incline of temperature using the maple briquettes.   Took the smelt off after 3 hours and the walleye after 4.  Both tasted incredible, even though I left the smelt in the brine overnight.  (not nearly as salty as I imagined)

Then while the temp was soaring to 200F in the last hour moved the rib roast in underneath and should be ready in an hour and man... I can't wait.

Thanks everyone for your recipies and to the "Boys from Bradley" this smoking thing is better than sex, and last longer too.

Thanks y'all

I think bases on todays news from Argentina, you shoudl consider a pork smoke
It might help with your sexual issues    LOL
Failing that, text Tiger Woods for some advise
All I wanted to do was slow smoke some ribs.  Another addiction created thanks to the Bradley that requires regular servicing...  But what an addiction to have.  Even better to share here with some of the best people on the planet.

Would you like smoke with that sir ?
