Them Valdalia onions with butter and garlic sounds like desert to me.

Use to get Valdilia down here, now you can't find them.

Been buying an onion called Perubian Gold that is like eating candy.

This one is definitely a hit..   Next time I'll just chop the apples by hand.  I put them in whole, and ended up with big chunks.

That garlic butter MAK'd onion sounds fantastic!!

When I use to Charcoal grill alot, I would brush my grates, wipe them down, then take a whole onion

slice off a little on one end and rub all over the grates. The stuff from the onion kept stuff from sticking.

But I would take the onion and stick it in a corner.

After all the grilling was done, bring the onion inside and cut off the charred area and that onion was mine.

I'll eat the charred area.  I like burnt marshmallows too. ;D

I think I would like to smoke this for awhile before cooking it.

I mixed it all up and put the pan in my Traeger for a couple hours...   Then it went on the stove for a while.

So how was it?

Most excellent..     Much better the next day after the flavors had some time to meld together.

Cool, this is definitely on the list. And not the bottom of it either.
