I've smoked whole turkeys in the past at a temp of 210, 3 hours smoke and total time of 7hrs to get to IT of 165. I'm trying a bone-in turkey breast this weekend. It's about 8.75 lbs. I assume the smoke time would be the same but what should he estimated total cooking time be?

Welcome bb.

Are you going to IT 165*?

I don't give times, but with poultry you can smoke/cook at a higher temperature. For poultry I use a temperature of 250°F. When smoking/cooking breast only I use an internal temperature of 155°F; but use an internal temperature that is in your comfort zone.

No typo; 155°F; but cook at your own comfort level. If I cook them at a higher temperature, I will remove them from the heat at 150°F.
