Chicken Fingers

Cut up some chicken breast for fingers. Just like Grammy made  ;D



Egg and buttermilk.



Soak for 2 hours before breading.

FLBR, say the word and I'll shoot a bag or two your way.  Can never have too many pellets!  PGO had a great deal on Bear Mountain pellets a while back and I wound up ordering 300 pounds. Majority was hickory.  I am from Kentucky after all. :)

Awesome...

Can you do them without frying?   Just high-heat in the Pellet pooper?
