Help Me Settle a 37 year old Argument! The Verdict is in, Decission is Final!

I know this may seem trivial to some of y'all, but it has been an ongoing battle between Me and My Wifie for 37 years.

In the Man Cave, it faces one way.

In the Bedroom Bathroom, it's the other way.

But in the Family (Guest) Bathroom is where the problem is.

Both of Us are always switching it after the other one switched it. ;D

If the poll shows I am wrong, I will live with it.

If the poll goes in my Favor, I will continue on the War against the unjustice that is being performed. ;D

This is a question I know the Family will take serious. ;D

too funny, my daughter and I have the same battle  ;D, when ever she comes home
she switches all the TP rolls around.

I'm a facing the front guy all the way..... but I have seen two valid arguments for having it the other way....

1) Kids who like to spin the roll.  With it over the top it will all spool out onto the floor, if it goes the other way usually they won't spool it all out.

2) Same reason except for cats.

We don't have any cats so that's not a problem but our 3 year old has been an issue in the past.

CRG, I know what to do...
Install 2 toilet paper dispensers in that bathroom.  :)
One for the over roll and the other for the under roll.
Problem solved = 37 more years of happy marriage.

I thought I was the only one who has this argument, goin on 26 years.

It should be facing towards the front like in the first picture.

My wife brings this up when she wants to fight, thats when I leave.

Simply solution in my house.

Take the roll off the roller and set it on the back of the toilet or on top of the roller.  Pick it up and use it whichever way you decide.

LOL, I almost took a picture.... Since my 3 year old tried to climb up on the counter by going from the toilet and then using the TP holder as a step and almost fell, the TP actually now sits on the counter at our house instead.

I like it underneath, that way when you pull out a few sheets it does not break off. Seems like every time it comes over the top it keeps ripping off.

over the top is the way that it should hang. But I treally don't care as long as there is some paper there when I need it and more than the two sheets I usually find around here.

THIS is MY PET PEEVE.  Be it toilet paper or paper towels. It ALWAYS comes off the top!!  NEVER the bottom!!!
