I finally got tired of setting up the canopy cover to smoke in the rain, plus the snow presented a weight issue on the canopy - so I decided to build my own 'smoker home'





I vented using a 6-4 reducer which rests about 2 inches above the smoker and ran a pipe through the roof with a cap on top.  I left enough room for the cold smoke adapter which I just received.  I have also added shelves on the left and organizational tubs below for pucks etc. This is the way to go - let the smoke games begin !!
