Yep, that's how I reheat lots of stuff...  Right in the bag.

Keep the water under a boil if you can, otherwise the vac bag seal might give way..  You don't want to be fishing for ribs!

Heck it's only a 3 1/2 hour drive to the raceway. Come on over if I'm not working we can have a couple and watch someone else burn up the fuel!

According to my map it is 27 hr and 16 min driving or 2641 km or 1642 miles. So it is a little out side my day trip range  ;D
