Brother Bill

What are these for? & how are they used? Please Help!

Thanks,BB

Primarily fish, but also for jerky as far as the "drying" aspect goes. They are also handy as a transport device for anything you're cooking 4 racks of from the kitchen to your smoker. Instead of carrying one or two racks at a time, you can load all four (or eight) into one convenient "carry case" and have a free hand to open the door.

With an additional drip tray, it will prevent the carpet stains that I have way too many of![B)] Anne says [:(!][V][xx(][8][:(], but the taste of the food makes her [:)].

only other thing i can add to chez coment is ,it  also works as a preping station, you know when you are getting your racks loaded with what ever, so you did 4 racks of stuff or 8  , where are they at now? sitting on you counter on baking sheets? not with the rack rack,  now just load up your racks into the rack rack and load up with your food all in one shot, if you need to get to room temp you can do it in one spot with an additional drip tray and no baking sheets all over the place , and out to the smoker in one shot, the same way when you are done smoking , back into the house in one shot,

BB,

This is a great tool for your BS.  Having the right tools to do the job makes all the difference in the world.  As Rob says, it is very convenient to carry 4-8 loaded racks from your kitchen to your smoker or vice versa.  It is light weight but very sturdy, I'm planning to use again this weekend for drying my salmon b4 putting in the BS.

Hey Rob! Thought you were up in OR?!?! Does this mean my Rack Rack is enroute?? Can't wait![:p][:p] I've got about 50# of Kings just wait'n to be smoked!  Also, is there anything new on the bug sock for the RR yet?

For those new to the forum (or to fish smoking in the Bradley), Rob's Rack Rack is absolutely indespensible! I've got two Bradleys that I double up on when smoking a big batch of salmon....16 trays total, and the RR makes the job SO much easier AND cleaner!

35 years of extinguishing smoking stuff and now I'm wondering WHY!

All the really GREAT Bradley specific stuff comes from Chez Bubba.com. Mine just arrived, under $100 and it's PERFECT for those Shasta Co. lunkers!  BTW, is Baum lake still a hot spot?
