British Open Brisket
« on: July 23, 2010, 08:05:25 AM »
Had the boys over to watch the final round of the Open Championship last weekend
Brisket was the meat of the day
I know this is a little late posting but I am posting pics, reflecting on the forum oath I took a week or so ago regarding pics
It was damn good and leftovers, there werent any !

All I wanted to do was slow smoke some ribs.  Another addiction created thanks to the Bradley that requires regular servicing...  But what an addiction to have.  Even better to share here with some of the best people on the planet.

Would you like smoke with that sir ?

No leftovers! Sounds like you smoked a hole in one.
