I got my ribs rubbed with Pachanga's world famous brisket rub.  I was preheating the OBS.  Then the rain came in.

Lightly rubbed ribs.

Into into the oven at 270 or so.  My butcher said they're USDA prime so don't cook them too long.

Here they are getting sauced at about 1:45 into the cook.

Another 30 minutes or so - ready to go.

I'll second that! Good job!

The ribs were good.  I was annoyed I couldn't get 'em into the smoker.  We had 1.25 inches of rain from yesterday afternoon and last night.

They were done early so we had a "light" dinner; the ribs and a couple of tomatoes from the garden.

I got those ribs for $2 from the butcher.  That made them taste even better.   ;D
