Thanks for the B-Day wishes. Larry the couple of times I smoked Boudain balls, I fryed them first.

This time I didn't and it was a partial/mistake. They are good but gooey.

I could see the Boudin balls getting gooey being out of the casing and not fried but I'll bet they still taste way good though.  I probably couldn't eat more than about two dozen right about now. :D

First Butt went to FTC at 12:00. 17 hrs from when it started.

Not bad considering all the activity in the smoker.

Another full load, and on your birthday.  It all looks good, and I have saved the recipe on oysters from Hal.  I love oysters, raw with a dash of Tabasco, smoked, and I like the ones out of Houma, La the best.  Happy Birthday CRG.
