'Collector' Recipes

Hi Fellows

I have recently finished placing all of the recipes included in the Bradley 'Collector' Recipes collection on the Bradley Smoker websites, www.bradleysmoker.com and www.bradleysmoker.co.uk. They are linked from the recipes section, obviously enough. Enjoy! One day I will offer a few recipes with a European bias for our UK readers. Meanwhile so much to do and apologies for the fact that I don't get to be more active in these forums. I will try to improve!
For the record I am the distributor of Bradley Smoker products in the UK and Ireland and wearing a separate hat, I also design and maintain the Bradley Smoker websites.

Please don't limit the availability of those recipes to those in the UK, we'd enjoy reading them too. Heck, if we can argue the supremacy of Texas-vs-Memphis-vs-Carolina-vs-Kansas City-style Q, we can certainly appreciate the preferences of the other hemisphere![]

Ya think next time I check into a hotel & they ask "Smoking or Non?" they would mind?
