Smoke Out for DarqMan

As most of ya'll know DarqMan (Steve) is gonna be down for a while.

I know he is gonna get Hungry! ;D He'll need to eat good to get his strength back.

So I decided to smoke some goodies, vac pack, freeze and send over nite to him.

Going to start the fun about 8:00 tonite!

The pile!

2 slabs of ribs and a brisket

2 big ole butts

6 yardbird breast

Will probably do some chickens in the BE also.

Absolutely awesome! Wish I was near ya I'd give ya a hand. I just read about this.... Yikes! He's in for a healing process to say the least but thank God he's still around to talk about it. I've been through a couple of bad accidents and wouldn't wish it on anybody.

I'll have as much fun Smoking as hopefully he will have eating it.

And this way he won't lose his taste for smoke food. ;D
