It all started on the west coast of Vancouver Island this fall.
Then came tray after tray and pound after pound of brined/candied salmon.

day 4

This morning there was a casualty but luckily he has a younger brother, thanks to a few hard working gentlemen in Scotland!

2 of the primary ingredients which were not spared in the least.
One of the first batches to come out and get gobbled up!
One last final batch on the go to take back to Alberta to the relatives.  :)

How do I get a job like that? The fish looks outstanding! On your way to Alberta could you keep truckin right to Ontario and drop some off?

RossP

Nice job my friend, if I make it over there we will have to
get out and wet a line.

For sure Ross. The winter springs are catchable all year here, weather dependant.
