Well today was the day and I'm about 30 mins away from a whole smoked yard bird (chicken) and smoked sausage everything looks and smells outstanding!!



Chicken brined over night 50/50 vinegar/water garlic, white wine, fresh cracked pepper, sea salt, and olive oil.  Rubbed before put in with chili powder, salt, fresh cracked pepper, and olive oil. 

Sausage is pork/beef from my local butcher (didn't have time to stuff my own)

Sides are potato salad (Grannys recipe) and baked beans (my recipe)
