I have a long week of jerky, sausage, cheese and 2 turkeys to do this week.

This 6 pounds of jerky is the start  ;D Going to get smoke tomorrow.

Grinding up  ;D This is 10 pounds of bambi for sticks and SS. Cutting in 3.5 lbs of 73/27 GB.

Hi Nepa,

Can you please elaborate on cutting in the GB? Do you pass the GB through the grinder with the Venny? If yes, how many passes?  Do you just spot the GB in here and there (2:1) or maybe you combine after the venny is ground. This is what roles around in this skull anyway.
