Venison Beer Brats

Mixed up 15 lbs of venison beer brats tonight with my son, neighbor Todd and his wife   :D

used 3 cans of beer and wisconsin brat style seasoning.










These next pics are 8 lbs of venison breakfast sausage.

It always amazes me just how fast 15 pounds of venison can soak up 3 cans of beer. But then again I weigh 200 and I can soak up 3 cans pretty quick as well. OK OK its more like 235!

I soaked up 5 beers and 3 wine coolers  :D

You can prob tell by the few end blowouts on the brats  :D  :D
