Picked up some Salt Lick Original and Spicy BBQ sauce from the place down on the McKinney square that carries Texas sauces and rubs.  Interesting sauces for sure.  The label tells the history of the Salt Lick BBQ joint and states the sauce was created in 1967.  One ingredient caught my attention:  Anchovies

I can hear all the Aggie jokes now.  I never Worcestershire had anchovies.  But sure enough, just looked at my bottle of of it and it says less than 2% anchovies in the French's blend.  Guess I need to read labels better.

A lot of people don't. Suffering from gout will make you a label reader.
