Newbie in Nebraska

I don't know what took so long for me to get after this. I've started with an OBS. The first cross rib roast (via the Bradley Recipe Book) was great. We are on to other delights. Hoping to work my way up to some respectable classics with Great Plains beef, pork and poultry and add in some big game and colorado trout. I'm impressed with the organization represented by this following and look forward to seeking the wisdom of these obviously friendly folks. There is a lot to absorb.
