Old Salmon brine formula -similar to Kummok's

Ratio's & ingredients are essentially the same if water is substituted for the wine and the extra cup of teriyaki. Might be a very good salmon brine to try.

Looks good...  I've been thinking it might be a nice change to sub in some wine in Kummok's recipe.
