The name says nothing.  It is a salt-free lemon pepper seasoning.  Did it on a chicken in the Big Easy and we really liked it.  It is a little strong (sneeze).

Most seasonings I find start with salt as the first ingredient.  Penzeys has a decent selection of salt-free seasonings and it's nice to see but you have to look.  This seasoning isn't listed under lemon pepper and took a while to find.  I complained.  They said they're working on better organizing their catalog.

Just an FYI.

Thanks for the info Arnie. We use a lot of salt free seasonings cause the doc said to stay away from it to keep the ole pressure down. (Still gotta have it on the margarita glass though).  :D

Sounds like the Penzey's "Florida Seasoned Pepper"...
It also tastes like lemon pepper without salt.

OU812 sent me several bags of Penzys in the gift exchange.  The first thing I looked at were ingredients and was pleasantly surprised how many had little or no salt.  The breakfast sausage rocks
