Boston Butt, how long FTC?

I have a 10# butt in my bradley as I type this. Expect it to come out some time tomorrow before noon.  I will be bringing it to work tomorrow night at 10PM.

1) Pull from smoker at 180
2) FTC
3) Pull again, this time apart!

Now, do I keep it warm all day, or cool, and reheat in crock pot tonight.

I would let it get to at least 195* and you can let it get to 200* before FTC.

If you do FTC right (Double foil, double towel, room warm cooler, pack newspaper on top,

the FTC will keep it hot for 5 to 6 hrs.

If you expect it finished by noon, and you won't be taking it into work until 10 PM; I would pull it, refrigerate, and reheat later.
