I was asking in a previous thread if anyone had found a commercial pastrami rub and BLSH provided the link to american spice.com so I ordered some "just because". Has all of the spices you would expect to find in a pastrmi rub plus paprika, sugar and salt. Haven't tasted it nor tried it on a corned beef brisket yet but I'll get there eventually.
