I was going to make ribs for 4 people but it grew to 9. I decided to give the people the option of 5 different sauces. At first they all put sauce on. When they found out how good the ribs were they decided to either put a very light coating of sauce or no sauce at all. Ultimately over 1/2 the people went sauceless. I owe the success to the Bradley. Also at many restaurants the sauce is not an option. Many people do not know what slow smoked food really taste like.

Truer words were never spoken . . . I really feel sorry for those folks and feel a personal obligation to lead them from the darkness . . .
