WOW this is really good stuff!
It's not sweet..it's not salty..it's really good! It has a really good balance..I'm going to try it on a slab of ribs this week  ;)

The fajitas were easy..

Left over smoked brisket, chicken, onions, green pepper.
The spice came from here http://www.mccormick.com/Products/Seasoning-Mixes/Mexican/Fajitas-Seasoning-Mix.aspx
and I added some Mas Guapo  ;)

And of course we had sour cream,tomatoes,lettuce, jalapenos and cholula on the side  ;D
