cheese done !!!

Well thanks to everyone for the advice on the cheese and yes it tastes worse than ashtray right out of the smoker  ;D , while I was doing the cheese I also did EGGS , yes EGGS , WOW what a different taste , not only as a hard boiled egg but also in the egg salad that I made with them . I did 6 to try and now I have a dozen more to peel and smoke , just hard boil em , peel em and put em on , I did em for 2:20 min while I smoked the cheese , give em a try I think you'll like em once you do . Thanks again for all the help and very happy and safe new year to all . Thanks Tim , BTW Gusrobin , thanks for the cold smoke adapter ideas .

Yeah, just have to let that cheese age for a while.

I haven't tried eggs but it does sound interesting.
