"Killer Lip Smackin' Cherry Cola BBQ Sauce"

Well guys... I just finished the simmer and I have to say... this is pretty damn good by itself. The true test will come later tonight.

Changes noted between asterisks:

5 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (#10 size) can catsup
1 large **White as Vidala is not available in the store** onion fine chopped. Sweated in skillet prior to adding.

2 tablespoons soy sauce

** Ommited 1 teaspoon liquid smoke**

2 tablespoons Worchestshire sauce
3 tablespoons yellow mustard

1 (5-ounce) bottle pickapeppa sauce (This contains: mangos, raisins, tamarinds, salt and pepper, tomatoes) ** Couldn't find in store used a Safeway brand that's pretty close ingredient wise **

2 tablespoons wine vinegar
2 large juice oranges
1 large lime
2 lemons
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons grated horseradish
1 can Coca Cola
Few dried chiles, to taste
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper, to taste

I did add about 1 tsp Balsamic just to get a little more punch.

Soooo!  What are you going to sauce up with this concoction?  You never did say.

Actually a nice short smoked, grilled hamsteak with corn and baked potato. If it holds well to that we'll try a short stack of ribs next weekend.
