Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

Well it is going something like this. Made me a nice big Velvet and coke.

Gathered up the ingredients.

Cut the Bacon into one inch pieces and started frying over Med/High heat.

While the Bacon was rendering down I got the Onion and Garlic diced up.

Once the Bacon was lightly browned transferred to a bowl to drain on paper towels

Put the Onion and Garlic into the pan with some of the left over Bacon renderings and cooked until translucent.

Added the Cider Vinegar, Maple Syrup, Brown Sugar, and Coffee. Mixed everything together and brought it to a boil.

Once it reached a boil, I added the Bacon back in and gave everything a quick stir.

Then everything goes into the crock-pot on High for 3 1/2 - 4 hours. Should be around 9pm when the 4 hours is up and the liquid has turned syrupy. I will update when I get to that point!!!
