Noticed your "Bradley Department of Smoked Salmon" badge/logo in your signature Tenpoint5.  That's really neat.  Is that a logo you developed?  How much salmon does one need to smoke to get one? ;D ;D  Is there a Canadian one for our Northern neighbors?
