Hello everyone looking for your help again. Going to make some Kielbasa sticks up and was wondering how much  cheese should I addd  to 10lbs. of meat? Will be using the high temperature  cheese?  Thanks

One pound would be perfect.

When doing sausage I add 10% cheese, by weight, to the weight of meat I'm using.
