Smoked up some ABT stuffed with cream cheese with some homemade brats added to the cheese and wile I had the bacon out wrapped some chicken breasts too.

1 lb bratwurst straight outta the freezer and warmed just enough to remove the casings.

All cooked up.

Add the brat to 1 lb cream cheese and stuffed the peppers.

Put the lid on and wrapped in bacon.

Wrapped up some chicken breast, ham and swiss cheese too.

Smoked with 3 hr Pecan with a cabnet of 225 F and pulled out when the IT of the chicken hit 160 F.

Good stuff!!

I love making those chicken rolls!!!!  I find the hardest part is getting the cheese to stay in. I always end up putting too much ham and cheese in there ;D

BTW Not bad for a beginner there Curt!! ;D ;D
Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!
