Sorry to bump an old thread...
Could you please tell me what kind of peppers you used, and are they very strong?
And what method did you use to smoke all that, 3-2-1?
Thanks!!!!!!

Those were jalapenos with the seeds and membrane removed, I dont think jalapenos are very strong.

If you want them hotter add some of the seeds to the cheese filling, I add all the seeds from 1 jalapeno.

Cabnet temp set at 250 F start to finish.

It is true. I really do hate you!!

The Dragon is hungry and snorting smoke!!

I still hate you for this!!

Getting close

The smaller ones for the kids are finished

Man do I really hate you Curt!!

Everybody is resting

Checking to make sure everything is just right even though I know it is. ET-732 and ThermoPen told me so.

I Really Really am Hating you Curt!

I really don't like chicken I have said it time and time again. I don't like chicken Especially Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. But since Momma done went and steamed some baby Yukon Golds, Steamed some Carrots, and busted out the watermelon I cut up this morning. Not to mention the 3 Beers I had sitting on the back porch watching the smoke waft up into the afternoon breeze and the kids playing. I get a plate like this in front of me for Supper. Well I thought about it and I Really ..........

What you think I went soft and would say I didn't HATE him any more?? I don't Think SO!!!! I still hate Curt for making me eat Chiken and pretty much enjoy doing it!! The only reason I ate it was it had copious amounts of Bacon on it!! ;D
